Please fill out the following form if you are inquiring about surrendering a dog to Greater Hillsdale Humane Society. Due to the volume of phone calls we get regarding surrenders, please refer to this form as a first resource. The more detailed, the better! This helps us place your pet into the best home possible.

I understand that Greater Hillsdale Humane Society does not receive any government funding, and requires a $50 surrender fee for ALL animals surrendered into their care. Litters of puppies are subject to increased surrender fee. Please contact the shelter for more information.

I understand that filling out this surrender form does not guarantee the placement of your animal at GHHS.
