Rue is a 7-year-old sweetheart with a big personality, a big heart, and just a little extra fluff to love! This chunky girl was adopted from us 4–5 years ago and recently found herself back at the shelter through no fault of her own after her family's daughter no longer wanted to care for her.

Despite the unexpected change, Rue hasn't let it dampen her loving spirit. She absolutely adores attention and is happiest when she's the center of it! Whether you're offering pets, treats, or a delicious serving of wet food, Rue is ready to soak up every bit of love you have to give.

Rue is dog-friendly and has lived successfully with dogs, but she'd prefer to be the only cat in the home, as she does not enjoy sharing her space with other felines. She's also child-friendly, making her a wonderful fit for many families.
