Understandably, he’s still learning how to trust, and he’ll need a patient, experienced adopter who’s willing to go at his pace. Shadow is especially wary of men and would do best in a calm, adult-only home where he can feel safe and supported.

Once he warms up, Shadow proves to be a loyal and protective companion. He’s great on a leash, handles baths just fine, and gets along well with both cats and other dogs.

Shadow is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative. With time, love, and stability, he has the potential to blossom into an incredibly devoted best friend.
