Meet Aries

Aries is a very sweet boy with so much love to give! He’s already got some great manners under his belt—he knows “sit” and “shake,” does okay on a leash, and absolutely loves treats (which makes continued training even easier!).

He’s also a big fan of car rides and would happily be your co-pilot on any adventure. Aries enjoys being active and loves to run, so he’d do best in a home with a fenced-in yard or with someone committed to keeping him leashed and giving him regular exercise.

Aries has lived with a cat in his previous home and did well during his cat test, but we’re always happy to re-test if you have a kitty at home. He is not dog-friendly, as he tends to struggle when meeting other dogs, so he’ll need to be the only pup in the household.

He’s great with kids and has a loving, gentle nature with people. Aries is currently undergoing heartworm treatment, and his future family will need to continue working with their vet to ensure he stays on the path to recovery.
