Alazay- LONGEST RESIDENT

Intake 10/25/23

Meet Alazay!

Alazay has been looking for a home for over a year at GHHS! He was adopted briefly, but was brought back due to no fault of his own- there were landlord issues that were unknown to GHHS.

Alazay - or Big Al as we like to call him - came to us when his housing situation unfortunately changed. He used to live a life living on a big farm, but unfortunately had to move into an apartment. Alazay did not do well with the hustle and bustle of apartment life, and all the people and dogs around him made him incredibly nervous. Big Al has had interaction with other dogs, and they have gone great! It just depends on the type of dog and the energy level. If you have another dog, a meet and greet is required. Alazay needs to be in a home with no cats. He is kid friendly!

When you visit Alazay, you will find he doesnt stray far from his toy collection. Although he is a SENIOR dog (9 years old), he LOVES to play and stay active! His absolute favorite is tennis balls!

Alazay will be the perfect family dog to someone who gives him a chance! He loves to go for car rides, walks, and is a huge fan of bath time (surprisingly).

He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, microchipped, and heartworm negative.
