Meet our Dogs
We are so pleased you want to meet our dogs available for adoption. Be sure to check out our PetFinder page for more pictures of each animal!
Reggie came to us from Lousiana Heartworm Positive and has since had his treatment, He is now going through his 30 day regimen of antibiotics and steroids.
Reggie hasn't had a great life. He was chained up most of his life and was found dragging a trap. The owner hid the dog after complaint was filed and then gave him up. After all of that , he is still one of the sweetest dogs ever. He loves any and all attention. He thrives for it. He always seems to be smiling whenever someone walks by or talks to him.
A meet and greet with another dog would be best. We think he would do okay in a home with another dog but just want to be sure. He doesn't seem to have a mean bone in his body. He is very docile.
Reggie is Neutered, Microchipped, and UTD on vaccinations.
Midnight came to us when his owner couldn't keep him due to having too many dogs. They got him as a puppy and he said the kids lost interest once he started to get bigger.
Midnight is around 10 months and is a big boy weighing around 55 lbs. Midnight will need some training. He really likes to play. He knows sit and shake but other than that, he is a lot of dog. He has a great personality and we love to watch him play. He will give you the side eye while playing so you know he has his eye on you.
Midnight would probably do best in a home with older children as he is full of energy. If you have a dog , a meet and greet would be best. He came from a house with other dogs but we always want to make sure your pet is compatible. As for cats, we are not sure. Again, he is still young and he may chase them.
Midnight is neutered, UTD on vaccinations and microchipped.

Julep came to us from an overcrowded shelter in Louisiana. She came to us with heartworm and was treated 5-19-2021. She is now getting a 30 day regimen of antibiotics and steroids.
Julep is a real sweet girl . We are not sure if she gets along with other dogs so a meet and greet would be best. Also not sure about cats.
With her energy we feel she would do best in home with older children.
She is spayed, microchipped, and UTD on vaccinations
